Privacy Policy

Overview

Decide It! ("the App") is developed and published by Harke Webdesign ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and have designed the App to operate without collecting, storing, or transmitting any personal data.

Data collection

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not ask for personal information, and does not use any form of user tracking. Specifically:

  • No personal data is collected, stored, or processed.
  • No usage analytics or telemetry are collected.
  • No cookies or similar tracking technologies are used.
  • No advertising identifiers are accessed.
  • No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are integrated.

Local data storage

All content you create within the App, such as custom lists and preferences, is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

Network access

The App does not make any network requests. It functions fully offline. The only exception is the in-app purchase transaction, which is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

In-app purchases

The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase ("Customize It!") processed by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchase records and billing are managed by Apple under their own terms and privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not collect data from any user, including children. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by virtue of not collecting any personal information.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect user data. No data is shared with third parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. As the App does not collect data, future changes are expected to be minimal.
